You can make as much request as possible during the period of your subscription. The team will plan the schedule according to your design task priority. We will try our best to complete as much designs for you as possible. However, the team hope there will not be exploitation on the timeline as we do wish to provide good quality designs over quantity.

We work on your requests on a first-come, first-served basis. They are entered into task queue following the time a request is submitted.

The completion of artwork will be depending on how complex the requirements are. Basic artwork turnaround time is 1-2 working days. If you’ve got a more complex task such as a lengthy presentation deck or a 68 pages book, we will always advice you to plan ahead with your assigned project manager and always submit the request ahead of time to allow planning and discussion on such projects.

Absolutely. If you need more than one designer to handle your requests, you can have a Creative Team Add-On which allow multiple concurrent request slot. You can check out the Add-On here https://www.creativecampus.com.my/pricing/

If a request is especially time-sensitive, you can indicate this when submitting your request details. We’ll do our best to bump it up in the queue and advise you of the delivery time.

You can submit unlimited number of requests. Your dedicated Project Manager will review each request, to ensure we have all the details required, and then assign them to the designer.

By default, requests will be completed following the request order, one at a time. But if you ever need to change the order, or prioritize a certain task(s), you can do so by communicating with your appointed Project Manager to move certain task up the queue.

We get it. Sometimes priorities shift and deadlines change. So we’re happy to be as flexible as possible to help you meet yours.

You are advised to include these details every time for an optimized process flow: artwork size, orientation, format (print or digital), preferred colours, inspiration designs, and text copy. Please be as precise and as detail as possible. As design is very subjective, we advise you to be precise and descriptive as this will help your designer to understand what you like better. The clearer the instruction, the sooner you will get your design done.

All request and communication with your appointed team will be done through Asana. All your files and creative assets will also be attained on Asana platform.
